problem
Individuals of mixed race often navigate complex identity landscapes, where questions of ethnicity and belonging can pose significant challenges. Straddling multiple cultural backgrounds, many grapple with issues of self-identification, societal perceptions, and cultural expectations. This project specifically focuses on Japanese Americans who have been disconnected from Japanese culture as a result of Pearl Harbor.
